A standard injection mold typically takes 20-35 working days to manufacture, depending on complexity. Simple two-plate molds can be ready in 15 days, while complex molds with slides, lifters, or hot runner systems may take 40-50 days. We provide a detailed production schedule with every quotation.

What is DFM analysis?

Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis reviews your part design before mold production begins. It checks draft angles, wall thickness, gate location, ejection method, and identifies potential molding defects. This proactive review prevents costly mold modifications later and ensures first-shot success.

Do you offer mold flow analysis?

How do I get a quotation?

Send your 3D CAD file (STEP or IGES) and 2D drawing to our sales team through the contact page. Include material, annual volume, and quality requirements. Our engineers review your design and deliver a detailed quotation with DFM feedback within 24 hours.

Quality & Shipping

What QC processes do you follow?

We follow a documented quality management system with a full inspection workflow: incoming material inspection, in-process machining checks, CMM dimensional measurement, trial shot inspection, and final pre-shipment inspection with a detailed report. Third-party inspection is available on request.

How do you ship molds to Europe and North America?

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight. Mold deliveries to Europe typically take 3-5 days by air or 3-4 weeks by sea. Each mold is securely packed in a wooden crate with moisture protection for international transport.
